President Joe Biden is signing two govt orders Monday to create a Gender Coverage Council and assessment Trump-era adjustments to school campus sexual assault insurance policies.
In a White House statement, Biden mentioned, “Elevating the standing of ladies and women globally is the suitable factor to do — it’s a matter of justice, equity, and decency, and it’ll result in a greater, safer, and extra affluent world for us all.””
Biden will signal each orders to coincide with Worldwide Girls’s Day, March 8.
