A WINNER has been picked in a charity competitors to indicate the challenges going through disabled folks.
Revitalise, primarily based in Netley, not too long ago invited disabled folks and their carers to explain in below 500 phrases how life has been for them through the pandemic as a part of its “Revitalise 500 competitors”.
The winner, a poem known as ‘Humorous, yummy, disabled, single Mummy (a lockdown lament)’ written by Sam Hinton was chosen because the favorite alternative by a panel of superstar judges.
Sam is now set to obtain a 7 day respite break on the Revitalise centre of her alternative and second and third place have received £250 and £150 Revitalise vouchers respectively.
Revitalise CEO Jan Tregelles stated: “We had been actually happy to obtain some genuinely humorous, touching and heartfelt submissions for our Revitalise 500 competitors, giving readers a window into the world of disabled folks and their carers through the pandemic.
